Terms of Use for Sealed Referral Program


LIMITED TIME ONLY. Sealed employees, contractors, and/or customers can participate in the referral program if they live in the United States of America. To participate, refer friends who have not previously signed an agreement with Sealed (a “referred new customer”) by sending them the personal referral link provided to you as the recipient of this invite-only special offer.

The recipient of the referral link receives a one-time $500 virtual gift card upon signing their first agreement with Sealed (“Agreement Signed”). Agreement Signed is defined as the customer signing their project confirmation agreement with Sealed. The document is titled “Sealed Agreement Overview”. Once a referred new customer clicks on your personal referral link and signs a qualifying agreement, a Sealed customer service expert will confirm the qualifying agreement and, approximately 30 (30) days after the qualifying agreement is completed, will reward you as follows. During this limited time offer, each referring customer will receive a $500 virtual gift card sent to their associated email address. There is a limit to the number of new customers you may refer to receive the $500 reward; you may refer a maximum of five (5) new customers to Sealed to qualify. You may only refer one (1) member of any household to receive a promo code and a referral reward. You cannot refer someone in your own household. You cannot refer yourself using a different account.

In the event a referred new customer cancels their agreement with Sealed, the referral reward awarded to the referring customer may be rescinded. Referred new customers will still receive their $500 reward even if the referring customer has canceled their own account with Sealed. Referring customers must be a subscriber to receive their $500 reward. Referring customers may not refer anyone who is an existing Sealed customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address. Referring customers may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals and may not collect referrals by posting on message boards or other online venues in violation of such venues’ terms of use. Additionally, referring customers may not run ads that include their referral link or ads that buy keywords, media, etc. against our domain and/or digital identity. Sealed reserves the right to cancel a referring customer’s referral reward if it determines in its sole discretion that a referring customer has violated these terms, including through any fraudulent or misleading referral activity (for example, by referring fake people to Sealed, using false names, using multiple identities, email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing false or misleading information) or if Sealed terminates the referring customer’s account for any reason. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Any other abuse of this offer, as determined by Sealed in its sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer’s referral reward, as well as a determination that one or both parties are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Determination of referral eligibility and qualifying agreements, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Sealed. Sealed reserves the right to verify and adjust rewards at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.

Any available referral reward emailed to a customer’s account will appear in their inbox. The referral offer is not transferable. This referral program is subject to modification, suspension or termination at any time without notice in Sealed’s sole discretion.
